Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

1. Terms of Use

1.1. Service

DeepNiche helps content creators research YouTube niches: finding public videos by topic, calculating metrics such as views per day and the view/subscriber ratio, analyzing public channels and suggesting topics. Scores are for reference only, not a guarantee of revenue or results.

1.2. YouTube API Services

DeepNiche uses YouTube API Services. By using DeepNiche, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. DeepNiche is not a product of YouTube or Google and is not endorsed by YouTube or Google.

1.3. Acceptable use

• Do not use DeepNiche to copy the content, titles, scripts or images of other channels. DeepNiche helps you learn the formula, not copy the content.
• Do not automate or send bulk requests to exceed usage limits.
• Each device receives 2 free digs. Switching or creating additional Google accounts on the same device does not add digs. Any attempt to circumvent this limit may result in account suspension.

1.4. Plans and payment

• The service is sold by credits: wallet top-ups (450 VND/credit, never expire) and the plans Trial 49,000 VND/7 days/150 credits, Starter 149,000 VND/30 days/600 credits, Professional 299,000 VND/30 days/1,500 credits, Business 599,000 VND/30 days/3,500 credits (yearly: pay 10 months, use 12 months). 1 credit = 1 tool run that produces a result. Plan credits expire with the plan. Payment in advance, with no automatic renewal. Additional purchases stack credits and validity.
• Payment is by bank transfer to Vietcombank account 0161001754415, account holder LE VAN VINH PHUOC, with the transfer note being the account code and order code (e.g. DN00012 DH000045) shown on the Pricing page. Plans are activated after DeepNiche confirms receipt of funds (during business hours, within 12 hours at most).
• DeepNiche does not issue refunds. If an error on DeepNiche’s side prevents you from using the service, DeepNiche will credit back credits or days. Details in Payment policy.
• Credits may be temporarily limited when YouTube limits the service’s shared quota; in that case DeepNiche will credit back credits or days.

1.5. Changes and termination

We may change or suspend features and will announce this on the website. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

2. Privacy policy

2.1. Data we collect

• When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not request access to your YouTube channel, videos or any other private data.
• When you dig a niche or run a channel analysis: the topics you enter, the markets you select and the analysis results.
• Public data from YouTube API Services: titles, view counts, subscriber counts, publish dates and public comments of videos and channels related to the topics you search.
• Free-credit abuse prevention: a random device ID (cookie dn_dev), a browser and device fingerprint computed in your browser (cookie dn_fp, a hash only, containing no personal information) and your IP address. We store only one-way hashes of these values together with the number of digs used, and keep them even after you delete your account; IP-linked hashes expire automatically after 30 days of inactivity. This data is used solely to limit free digs.
• Pro plan: the plan expiry date linked to your account. When you make a bank transfer, we match the amount and transfer description to activate your plan. We do not store your card numbers or bank passwords.
• A login session cookie (dn_session) keeps you signed in for 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies.

2.2. How we use data

• To show you results and save them to your Library so you can reopen them.
• To reuse results of the same query for 6 hours to reduce YouTube API calls.
• When the YouTube API quota is insufficient, public YouTube data may be retrieved through the data provider TikHub. We do not send your personal information to TikHub, only search keywords and public video/channel IDs.
• To send public video data (titles, descriptions, tags, metrics and public comments) to Google Gemini to suggest topics and analyze videos. We do not send your email or personal information to AI services.
• We do not sell your data and do not use your data for advertising.

2.3. Data storage and deletion

• Data obtained from YouTube API Services is automatically deleted after 30 days.
• You can delete your account and all of your digs using the Delete account button on the tool page. Deletion takes effect immediately.
• Data is stored on Vercel and Neon servers (Singapore region) and transmitted over HTTPS.
• You can revoke the permissions DeepNiche received from Google on the Google account permissions page.

2.4. Google policies

Use of YouTube API Services and Google sign-in is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

2.5. Your rights under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP

You have the right to be informed about, access, correct, request deletion of, and withdraw consent for your personal data. Send requests to mr.nhattieulang@gmail.com; we respond within 72 working hours.
