Operating rules and Payment policy

1. Operating rules

1.1. Services provided

DeepNiche is an online software tool that helps content creators research YouTube niches: niche digs by topic and market, channel analysis, channel checks, video breakdowns and AI content strategy suggestions. DeepNiche does not sell physical goods and does not act as an intermediary for transactions between users.

1.2. Accounts

• Users sign up with a Google account. Each user is responsible for keeping their own Google account secure.
• Each device receives 2 free digs. Creating multiple accounts or using automated tools to obtain extra free digs violates these rules.
• DeepNiche reserves the right to suspend accounts that abuse the system, send automated bulk requests, or use DeepNiche to copy other people’s content.

1.3. Data and results

• Data comes from YouTube API Services and public sources. Estimated figures (earnings, watch hours, monetization eligibility) are clearly labeled as estimates.
• AI scores and suggestions are for reference only, not a guarantee of revenue or views.
• YouTube data is automatically deleted after 30 days in accordance with YouTube’s policies.

1.4. Complaints

Send complaints via Zalo 0337 519 236 or email mr.nhattieulang@gmail.com, including your account email and a description of the issue. DeepNiche responds within 72 working hours and resolves complaints within at most 7 working days.

2. Payment policy

2.1. Pricing and plans

• Wallet top-up from 49,000 VND, 450 VND deducted per credit, never expires. Top-ups from 100,000 VND get a 5% bonus, 200,000 VND 10%, 500,000 VND 18%, 1,000,000 VND 25%.
• 30-day plans: Trial 49,000 VND/7 days/150 credits (once per account), Starter 149,000 VND/600 credits, Professional 299,000 VND/1,500 credits, Business 599,000 VND/3,500 credits. Yearly: pay 10 months, use 12 months, with all 12 months of credits granted at once.
• 1 credit = 1 tool run that produces a result (multi-market digs: 1 credit per market). Plan credits are used first, then the wallet. Plan credits expire with the plan. Buying more while a plan is active stacks credits and days.
• The plan with no automatic renewal. When it expires, your account returns to the free tier; saved results remain viewable until they are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Prices include data and AI costs. DeepNiche will give at least 7 days’ notice of any price change; plans already purchased keep their original price.

2.2. How to pay

• Transfer to Vietcombank 0161001754415, account holder LE VAN VINH PHUOC, with the transfer note being the account code and order code (e.g. DN00012 DH000045) shown on Pricing page after choosing a plan.
• When done, click "I’ve transferred" on the Pricing page. Your plan is activated once DeepNiche confirms receipt of the funds, during business hours, within 12 hours at the latest.
• DeepNiche does not collect your card numbers, passwords or bank OTP codes. DeepNiche will never ask for this information.

2.3. No refunds

• DeepNiche does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including if you change your mind or do not use up your plan’s time. Use the 2 free credits or the 7-day Trial before buying a larger plan.
• Overpayment or incorrect transfer description: the excess amount is added to your wallet after verification via Zalo 0337 519 236.
• Errors on DeepNiche’s side that prevents you from using the service for more than 24 consecutive hours: we credit back credits or the affected days.
• Accounts suspended for violating these rules are not credited.

2.4. Platform limits

When YouTube or the AI provider limits the service’s shared quota so a run produces no result, that credit is not deducted.
