FAQ

What counts as a dig?

Only runs that fetch new data. Reopening results in the Library, or redoing the same topic within a few hours, costs no credits. Failed runs are not charged.

What if I run out of plan credits?

Further runs are charged to your wallet (450 VND/credit). When the wallet is empty, buy another plan or top up. Buying a plan while the current one is active stacks credits and days.

Does wallet money expire?

No. Plan credits expire with the plan, but wallet money never expires.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Use the 2 free credits or the 7-day Trial first. If a system error prevents you from using the service, DeepNiche will credit you back. See Payment policy.

Does a high score guarantee the channel will make money?

No. The score is evidence of existing market demand, not a revenue guarantee. See Terms.
