Privacy policy

This Policy explains how DeepNiche (owned and operated by Mr. Lê Văn Vĩnh Phước) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, in line with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and Google’s policies.

1. Data we collect

Account information: full name, email address, profile photo (if you sign in with Google), and the account identifier issued by Firebase Authentication. We do not receive or store your password.
Phone number / Zalo (optional): only if you provide it yourself (at sign-up, at checkout, or on the Account page). Used to help activate your order when a payment runs into trouble and, if you agree, to send you offers and discount codes. Not shared with third parties. You can turn off offers or delete your number at any time on the Account page.
Transaction data: wallet top-up or plan order ID, amount, time, and transfer description, used by DeepNiche to reconcile with bank statements when you click “I have transferred”. We do not store card numbers or bank login credentials.
Usage data: keywords you search, platforms you select, results you save to the Archive, and wallet deduction history — so you can reopen your results and reconcile costs.
Technical data: a one-way encrypted IP address and a random device ID generated by the browser (used to prevent multiple accounts being created to claim trial credits and to prevent abuse of the free channel checker), browser type, and error logs.

2. Google user data

When you choose “Continue with Google”, we request only basic permissions: openid, email, and profile (name, email, profile photo) to create and sign in to your account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or YouTube channel.

DeepNiche’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

3. YouTube API Services

DeepNiche uses YouTube API Services to read public channel and video data (channel name, subscriber count, views, title, duration…). See also Google Privacy Policy. As required by YouTube API Services, YouTube data is stored for a maximum of 30 days: the cache and channel metrics history are automatically deleted after 30 days; Archive entries older than 30 days keep only the name and time, and you can click run again to fetch fresh data. If you later link your YouTube account, you can revoke access at any time on the Google permissions page.

4. Purposes of use

Providing features: niche digging, channel analysis, saving results, exporting files.
Processing payments, crediting the wallet, activating plans, and calculating referral commissions.
Customer support and sending notifications related to your account and transactions.
System security and detection of fraud and abuse.

5. Third-party data processors

Google Firebase Authentication — sign-in.
Vercel — web hosting; Neon (PostgreSQL) — database, located in an international data center.
YouTube API Services (Google) and public data providers — sources of public platform data (they receive only the keywords / channel links you look up, not your personal information).
AI service providers — AI analysis (they receive only the content data to be analyzed, without your email or name).

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

6. Storage & security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS; sign-in tokens are signature-verified on the server.
The Archive keeps up to the 300 most recent entries per account.
Transaction data is kept for the accounting and tax retention periods required by Vietnamese law.
When you request account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days (except data we are legally required to retain).

7. Your rights

View and edit your account information on the Account page; download your data as an Excel file.
Request deletion of your account and data: send an email from your registered address to mr.nhattieulang@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. We process it within 7 business days.
Withdraw consent, object to data processing, and file complaints under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

8. Cookies & browser storage

We use localStorage / sessionStorage to remember your sign-in, light/dark theme, referral code, and the result you are viewing. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Traffic statistics: the system anonymously records pages viewed, viewing time, referring domain, and device type, tied to a random ID in the browser — we do NOT store IP addresses, do not send them to third parties, and automatically delete them after 180 days. The data is used only to improve the product.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
