Payment & Refund Policy
1. Payment method
- Bank transfer via VietQR code to Vietcombank account · 0161001754415 — account holder LE VAN VINH PHUOC.
- Enter the exact transfer description, including your account code and order code (format DN00012 DH000045) shown on Pricing, then click “I have transferred”. DeepNiche (owned and operated by Mr. Lê Văn Vĩnh Phước) reconciles the payment and credits your wallet / activates your plan manually during business hours, within 12 hours of your clicking “I have transferred”. Nothing is activated automatically.
- If you transfer with the wrong description or wrong amount, contact support with a photo of the receipt so it can be handled manually during business hours.
2. Pricing
- Pay-per-credit wallet: minimum top-up 49,000 VND, all features unlocked immediately. The cost of each action is shown before you run it.
- Tiered top-up bonus (if currently offered, listed in the Top-up box and Pricing): the bonus is added to your wallet as soon as the top-up order is confirmed, can be used like wallet funds for all features, cannot be converted to cash, withdrawn, or refunded. Both top-up funds and bonuses never expire. Bonus levels may change; paid orders keep the bonus level at the time of payment.
- Monthly and annual plans (when on sale): Trial (7 days, once per account), Starter, Professional, Business tiers (30 days). Annual plans (365 days) receive the full 12 months of benefits of that tier — total credits, Workshop recipe unlock credits, Skill creation credits Coming soon — at the listed price (usually equal to 10 months). During the plan term, data tools and AI analysis do not deduct from your wallet per use, subject to fair use: total credits for the period, maximum daily credits (listed in Pricing), and a fair-use level per period; once credits run out or these limits are exceeded, further uses are deducted from your wallet as usual. Digital products are sold separately. Plans do not auto-renew and never charge you automatically.
- Prices include applicable taxes and fees (if any).
3. Refunds
- DeepNiche does not offer refunds: prepaid plans (Trial, monthly, annual, and reseller plans) and wallet top-ups (including reseller wallets) are non-refundable in all cases, including if you change your mind or do not use the full plan term. Please use the 2 free credits you get at sign-up or the 7-day Trial plan before buying a larger plan.
- Actions that fail due to a system error or a data source returning no results: no credits or wallet funds are deducted.
- If a DeepNiche error leaves you unable to use the service for more than 24 consecutive hours: we compensate with credits or the affected days.
- Digital products (AI Skills, AI Assistants, apps): content is delivered instantly, so no returns for change of mind; if you do not receive the product, or the link is broken / the product does not match its description, we reissue or fix it within 3 business days.
- Courses with 1-on-1 activation: no refunds for change of mind; delivery errors are handled like digital products.
- Duplicate payments or overpayments: the duplicate / excess amount is credited to your wallet after verification.
- Accounts locked for fraud or violation of the Terms of Use receive no compensation.
4. Invoices
Customers who need a VAT invoice should send their invoicing details (company name, tax code, address, email) along with the order code to mr.nhattieulang@gmail.com within the month the transaction occurs.
