Terms of use

These Terms apply when you access and use DeepNiche (the “Service”, owned and operated by Mr. Lê Văn Vĩnh Phước; “we”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Service

DeepNiche is a content research tool: it aggregates public YouTube data to score niches, find growing videos and channels, suggest keywords, and provide reference income estimates. Data from TikTok, Douyin, and other platforms Coming soon will be added when launched. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, or any platform mentioned.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, provide a real email, and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
Each person may use only their own account. Creating fake accounts to claim offers, trial credits, or referral commissions is strictly prohibited.
We may temporarily lock accounts showing signs of fraud, system abuse, attacks, or unauthorized automated data collection.

3. Wallet, plans, and payment

Pay-per-credit wallet: top up from 49,000 VND; each data-fetching action shows its cost before running and is deducted from your wallet. Wallet funds do not expire.
Trial credits: new accounts receive 2 free credits at sign-up. Each device / network can claim trial credits for only a limited number of accounts; accounts created in bulk to obtain trial credits or referral commissions will have their benefits revoked.
Trial, monthly, and annual plans: price, credits, and term are listed at Pricing. Plans are prepaid, do not auto-renew, and never charge you automatically.
Payment is by bank transfer via VietQR code to Vietcombank account 0161001754415, account holder LE VAN VINH PHUOC. After you click “I have transferred”, DeepNiche reconciles and activates manually during business hours, no later than 12 hours.
DeepNiche does not offer refunds: prepaid plans and wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Failed actions are not deducted. For details, see Payment & Refund Policy.

4. Data & analysis results

Figures are fetched in real time from platform APIs and data partners. Metrics such as niche score, estimated income, estimated watch hours, or monetization status are reference estimates, not official platform figures. We do not guarantee revenue or any specific business results from using the Service.

5. Proper use

Do not use the Service to copy or re-upload others’ copyrighted content. Learn the structure, content angles, and trends — and produce your own original content.
Do not resell, share accounts, or exploit data from the Service for third parties without our written consent.
When using YouTube data, you must also comply with YouTube Terms of Service.

6. YouTube API Services

DeepNiche uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the most recent 3 months. We are not liable when third-party platforms change, restrict, or discontinue data provision.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Significant changes will be announced on the website or by email at least 7 days before taking effect. These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law.
