Build a faceless YouTube channel with AI
A faceless channel uses AI voiceover, images, and video instead of a real person. It is doable, but YouTube is getting tougher on mass-produced, repetitive content. The channels that last are the ones that pick the right niche, have their own angle, and create real value for viewers.

Choose a topic backed by data
- A niche with many young channels winning (the door is still open) — check it with Dig.
- RPM high enough for the audience you target — see the RPM table by country.
- You can make 3–4 videos per week for at least 3 months.
- You can add your own angle: compilation, comparison, storytelling — not just re-reading existing content.
The workflow for making a video
- Pick a topic from outlier videos of small channels in the niche.
- Break down that video to get the retention structure.
- Write the script with your Skill (ChatGPT / Claude), adding your own ideas and sources. Coming soon
- Create AI voiceover, images, and video; edit and add subtitles.
- Title, thumbnail, and posting time based on data; read the first 48 hours of data to adjust later videos.
Monetization-loss risks to avoid
When you post videos with AI-generated images or voices that look realistic, make sure to disclose "Altered or synthetic content" trong YouTube Studio.
- Posting mass videos that are nearly identical.
- Re-reading other people’s content without adding value.
- Using copyrighted music or images.
- Clickbait titles and thumbnails that misrepresent the video.

Frequently asked questions
Can an AI YouTube channel be monetized?
Yes, if the content has its own value and does not violate the repetitious content policy. Channels that just mass-compile existing content are easily rejected or lose monetization.
Which country should I target for a foreign-audience YouTube channel?
Balance RPM against competition: the US has high RPM but many competitors; Japan, Germany, and Brazil have many open niches. Use Multi-market Dig to compare the same topic across 23 countries.
