Become a DeepNiche reseller

Open a store under your own brand. Customers buy plans and transfer money straight to your bank account. You keep the difference between your selling price and the net price, with a 20–50% discount depending on your tier.

STEP 1Sign up in 2 minutesChoose a brand name and web code. DeepNiche (owned and operated by Mr. Lê Văn Vĩnh Phước) approves it the same day.
STEP 2Buy a plan from 500KTop up your reseller wallet to activate for 1 year. The amount you pay stays as your balance.
STEP 3Set your brand & bankName, Zalo, payout account. The default selling price equals the main site’s price; you can mark it up by up to +100%.
STEP 4Customers pay you directlyWhen the money arrives, click Approve. Profit = your selling price − net price.

To upgrade, you only pay the difference and your expiry date stays the same. After 1 year, pay the plan price again to renew; your existing balance is kept. Money in the reseller wallet cannot be withdrawn; it is only used to pay the net price when you approve customer orders.

Reseller policy

  1. Plans and activation. 3 yearly plans: Startup 500,000 VND (customer plans −20%, wallet top-ups −15%), Professional 1,499,000 VND (−30% / −20%), Business 4,999,000 VND (−50% / −40%). Buying a plan = topping up your reseller wallet; the full amount stays in the wallet as your balance. DeepNiche approves manually after receiving the transfer. Valid for 365 days.
  2. Cash flow. Customers who buy from your store transfer money straight to your bank account. DeepNiche does not collect on your behalf or hold customer money.
  3. Net price. Net price = main-site price × (1 − discount %). The default selling price equals the main-site price; you may add up to 100% on top. Profit = price paid by the customer − net price.
  4. Approving orders. You check incoming payments yourself and click Approve. The reseller wallet is charged the net price on approval; if the wallet balance is insufficient, the order cannot be approved and the store temporarily stops taking new orders.
  5. Reseller wallet. Cannot be withdrawn as cash; only used to pay net prices. Additional top-ups from 100,000 VND, approved manually by DeepNiche. Free trial credits for new customers are paid by DeepNiche and not deducted from your wallet.
  6. Renewal and upgrades. After 365 days, pay the plan price again to renew; your balance is kept. To upgrade, pay only the difference, and the new discount applies immediately. If expired: the store is paused, with no loss of data or balance.
  7. Responsibilities. Resellers are responsible for customer care, reconciliation and invoicing for their own customers; no false advertising and no income promises. Breaking the law or defrauding customers: the store will be suspended.
  8. No refunds for amounts topped up into the reseller wallet, per the Payment policy of DeepNiche.

FAQ

Do I lose the 500K plan payment?

No. The full amount stays in your reseller wallet and is gradually deducted at the net price as you approve customer orders.

Who do customers pay?

You, into the bank account you set in your settings. The store shows a VietQR code for that account.

Can I use my own domain?

For now the store runs at /dl/your-code/ on DeepNiche. Custom domains will come later.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everything is set up on this page.
